The article presents the author's opinions on Canadian prime Minister Stephen Harper. Arguments are presented which suggest that Harper's speeches are similar to the speeches of U.S. President George W. Bush, that his sentences go on like a drunken boast, and that no matter how hard he tries, Harper will never become a greenhouse gas terminator.
